Alice ( Milla Jovovich ) pernah menjadi operasi keamanan yang bekerja untuk Corporation sampai memori nya dihapus oleh Ratu Merah gas saraf. Sebagai tim mencoba untuk melarikan diri The Hive, sebuah subjek tes Payung disebut Licker lolos dan mengejar tim. The Umbrella Corporation operate genetic research facility called The Hive confidential . Situated well below Raccoon City , The Hive has been sealed by the Red Queen ( AI that controls the Hive ) since the release of the T - Virus into the facility. The Red Queen to kill every living creature in the facility to ensure the T - Virus does not reach the surface , but the T - virus reanimates them , turns humans into ravenous zombies and mutant animals become very aggressive .
Alice ( Milla Jovovich ) once the security operation is working for Corporation until his memory erased by the Red Queen nerve gas . As the team tries to escape the Hive , an Umbrella test subject escaped and called Licker team pursuit . When they reached the train that brought them to the exit , and scratches Licker attacks Matt before Alice could kill him . When they reach the surface , taken by Matt Umbrella workers and he eventually turned into Nemesis . Alice wakes from a coma to hit Raccoon City after the outbreak of the T - Virus .
